Real World Connections (RWC) is an outreach program focused on introducing software development to high school students.
There are multiple development programs available for students to choose to be interviewed for. Once selected into a development group, the students will compete against the other groups and have judges vote for the best project.
I was responsible for leading multiple VR development groups and training the students how to develop a fully fledged VR game/experience. The creativity lies in the minds of the students, but I provided them the tools and skills necessary to bring their ideas to life.
